Upgrade 2km’s of 400mm Class 20 HDPE fire main to all existing sprinkler connections
Supply and installation of 5.5km’s of Victaulic pipe, ranging from 100mm to 250mm

Midrand – R 1.5million
Water main upgrades in Kyalami residential estates consisting of 200mm to 315mm Victaulic pipe. The construction of pressure reducing valve including chamber and interrelation of PRV.

Stadiums – R 1.3million

Replacing municipal control valves in and around the following stadiums:
Ellis Park Stadium
Orlando Stadium
Rand Stadium
Ruimsig Stadium

The valves varied from 80mm, 110mm, 160mm, 200mm to 315mm in diameter Diversion of an existing 630mm bulk steel water main around the new BRT Stations Diversion of existing 315mm drainage system around the BRT Stations.

Northriding – R4.6million
Upgrading of 6.8km of existing asbestos water main with 110mm to 160mm AMI grip pipe.

3. Engen

Alberton- R 650,000.00
Replacing all existing water and drainage to HDPE

Engen 1 Stop Bella Bella – R 480,000.00
Replacing 350m of 200mm sewer line under the highway to the existing treatment plant

4. Bopelong Construction – Anglo Platinum Mine Thabazimbi – R 1.5million
Diversion of 1.2km’s existing steel-flanged pipelines ranging from 50mm to 250mm diameter. Diversion of existing Joburg Water main around storm water outlets

5. Roadcrete – Cosmos City – R 56,000.00
Supply and installation of bulk supply line for Cosmos City Business Park
Tying in newly constructed main into existing 350mm diameter asbestos main
Construction of chamber around tie-in point and T-piece

Installing of 160mm class 34 sewer main including all house connections.
Constructing of concrete manholes, complete with all channels and benching.
Installing of 110mm Victaulic class 16 water main complete with Hydrant stand pipes and all house connections.

Cut into existing 400mm asbestos water main. Installing of a new 400mm steel tee piece with 160mm take-off for a new Industrial complex.

Siyakha Pump & Tank
Installing of 50mm schedule 40 carbon steel petrol line, including all connections to tanks and pump distributors. Argon welding of all butt welds.

Diversions of a 160mm steel fire main to accommodate new parking bays.
Installing of 160mm class 16 Victaulic water main and re-connecting up to steel fire main.

Installing of 450mm concrete storm water drain with catch pits.

Monash University– R 1.280million

Installing of Geberit drainage system, including concrete storm water line with catch pits.
